My roles and responsibilities include- Building Pipeline through Inbound and Outbound techniques- Driving Market Research and gather industry(-ies) knowledge to help make business decisions- Prioritize and lead Marketing Initiatives- streamlining the sales process among other thingsIn a company like ours everyday we discover, develop and build ways to improve our business model, mantra and the way of working everyday, every moment. Its been indeed a revelation and a huge learning for me personally as I become a part of this process for the company.

A wonderful cross-functional training program that ended on 12th Jan has taught me with a host of skills to manage a team and drive sales in a given geography.

- coordinate the overall promotion and communication of events and activities

• Managed the planning, budgeting and implementation of two Hindustan Times branding and marketing campaigns• HT Campus Calling: conceptualized and implemented Below the Line activities leading to greater than 75% occupancy at 8 of the 10 venues, 15.5% reduction in event expenditure and 10 paisa decrease in Cost per Contact• HT No TV Day: managed the Get Creative vertical, and was the single Point of Contact for 29 Kids workshops across 5 high footfall malls and 3 other venues with over 1100 participants which increased reader interaction and brand visibility

• Managed and coordinated an American Express project as part of the Middleware Team that developed 2 WebServices to access data from a backend application for the front end (GUI) • Trained resources, built tools resulting in savings for the project, and suggested process improvement initiatives leading to time bound deliverables and improved customer relations• Proactive engagement with the front end and other teams helped me gain an overall view of the working of an International banking institution like AMEX
