• As a Recruiter, involved in end to the end recruitment process• Understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different technical positions.• Source/recruit for permanent role and contract, contract-hire of IT professionals for clients across all over the EUROPE• Negotiating regarding rate with Respective employers of their Respective Consultants.• Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screening candidates.• Updating consultants about the status of the requirement/ submissions.• Getting new updating /tips from seniors regarding tough requirements.• Maintaining a Database of all Consultants/vendors who submitted and Rejected by clients.• Develop good communication channels with clients, vendors, employers, and candidates.• Maintaining Databases as per the skills and requirements• Scheduling interviews and coordination-related activities in the entire recruitment process.• Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
