Universal Advertisement System (UAS): The UAS System is an End to End business solution for the Marketing Department of Sherwin Williams Company. The web interface is designed using the oracle Application Development Framework (ADF). The rest of the business process and logic is implemented using the oracle SOA Suite. The user will use the web application to create the national or local promotion. Once the promotion is created it is submitted to the manager for the additional approval in oracle BPM workspace. The system will help the user to create the promotion based on the total sale incurred from every store in each county across the nationwide. These data will include all the sale with the particular discount that customer used to purchase any product. State Tax Accounting and Revenue System (STARS)Description:The STARS application for Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) allows ODT employees to manage Tax accounting and Revenue System. This application consists of seven modules (Tax Payer Accounting, Tax Payer Identification, Payment Processing, Overdue Payment Processing, Revenue Accounting, Proof of Delivery, Case Management). I am involved in the Case Management (CM) Module. I have designed several increments in CM. These increments include Shell Cases, Tax Release, Liquor Registration and Voluntary Disclosure. We have used ETM (Enterprise Taxation Management) tool from Oracle for this application.Responsibilities:• Involved in designing the ETM configuration for each of the case mentioned above.• Developed several java algorithms that are needed to configure in ETM for each of the status of the cases.• Write several Java validators that are needed to configure in ETM for each of the cases.• Working with the Java classes in the framework API to provide default behaviour as well as overridden behaviour.• Working extensively on the java util framework to use list, array and map.• Design the schema for each case to implement the display screen to the user.• Working with the java script to provide some additional functionality for the case schema.• Involved in writing the Hibernate query to access the Oracle data base through SQL Developer.• Designed the life cycle status for each cases mentioned above.
