• Involved completely into End-to-End Recruitment process. • Preliminary screening of resumes against the clients requirements• Responsible for the full hiring cycle, analyzing the requirement received from the client/manager, sourcing, pre-screening, short listing, scheduling interviews, co-ordination till the candidate onboard. • Identify prospective candidates according to the skills required. • Initial Screening of the Profiles and delivering the quality candidates to the clients. • Taking the feedback from the client. • Extensive follow-up of the candidate. • Scheduling f2f / Tele-phonic interviews and follow up on the feedbacks • Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the panel.• Getting the short listing done from the panel.• Follow up with the selected candidates to ensure them to join on the committed joining date.
