Currently working as a Full cycle recruiter, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, andplacing direct seasonal hires. Ability to effectively manage requisitions and consistently meet performance metrics and goals. Interfacing with the hiring manager and the supervisors, leading intake meetings,collaborating/communicating consistently to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction withcandidates, and effectively expediting process flow. Creatively sourcing diverse, high-calibre candidates by maximizing internet resources, cold calling,social media, referrals, and networking. Managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative componentsinvolved in full lifecycle recruiting. Researching and participating in a variety of recruiting activities including forming relationshipswith local community organizations, strategically placing advertising for maximized results,developing and implementing tracking systems to monitor effectiveness of various recruitingactivities. Providing consultative advice to the candidates regarding hiring, selection, training, compliance,and safety.
