Overseeing the policy- programme liaison, building the programme roadmap, managing contracts, ensuring value for money, managing internal and external stakeholders, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of the UK's Regional and Stabilization programme funded by the Conflict, Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) in Pakistan. Specific focus in peacebuilding programmes covering India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Offer policy and programmatic guidance and support on regional political dialogue, livelihoods and service delivery, and gender/conflict sensitivity analysis. Leading donor coordination mapping and analysis for South Asia regional programmes.Responsible for drafting and implementation Monitoring, Evaluation and Risk Planning for the South Asia Regional Programme. Specific expertise on Policy-oriented research, programme planning, risk analysis, monitoring and evaluation through tools like outcome harvesting and results mapping.

Leading the coordination, planning, advocacy, managing all internal and external communications and overall implementation of the General Assembly of WFFP General Assembly in India. The General Assembly of World Forum of Fisher Peoples (WFFP) is the gathering of all the member organizations of WFFP who are located in 23 countries with 29 member organizations representing 10 million fisher people from all over the world. The General Assembly required meticulous planning on the issues to be discussed over a 5 day assembly ranging from advocacy for the rights of fisher people to access and manage fisheries resources, for human rights and for the protection of natural biodiversity. The General Assembly also addressed the interests of its constituencies at regional and international levels.Around 700 delegates (143 - International and the rest national from 8 coastal and 3 inland states) attended the conference. The role of the India coordinator was to plan the entire programme from the scratch including the fund raising till the programme designing, logistical management and the overall implementation of the whole General Assembly in liaison with the Indian Government officials, International member organizations of WFFP, Secretariat of WFFP, Member and Host Organizations in India, Pakistan and Srilanka & the alliance organizations who are supporting the General Assembly in an efficient way.

Coordinating the Dialogues team of PSA working on Conflict Transformation processes and mechanisms between India and Pakistan focusing on people to people exchanges between India-Pakistan Fishworkers, Prisoners exchanges, Journalist and Cultural Artistes exchange. Working closely with organizations like Pakistan India Peoples’ Forum for Peace and Democracy, NFF, Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum and Human Rights Commission of Pakistan. Initiating dialogues around the issues of Siachen, Indus Water Treaty, Indo-Pak Ocean Sharing Agreement, Kashmir issue, cross-border firing, reopening of rail and road links between India and Pakistan by organizing round table discussions with the fraternal organizations (as mentioned above).

Coordinated the Campaigns team of Delhi Forum which works as a support system based in the National Capital city of Delhi and facilitates the people’s movements, struggling communities and smaller groups to voice their concerns, raise their issues and achieve their objectives. As part of the campaigns & Advocacy team in Delhi helped in building communication tools and to bring the information about grassroots organizations from across India to the policy makers, national and vernacular media/ press, public intellectuals, civil society groups and organizations in Delhi. Worked closely with NFF, All India Union for Forest Working People (AIUFWP), Peoples’ Movement Against Nuclear Energy (PMANE), All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS), Bhumi AdikarAndolan (BAA), Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA), Rashtriya Chenata Jana Samakhya (Handloom Weavers Federation), Machhimar Adhikar Sangharsh Sangattan (MASS), Dynamic Action Kerala (DAK), Bhopal Gas Peedith Sangattan etc.
