As a dedicated second-year Master's student in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I am deeply committed to understanding and applying psychological principles to enhance workplace environments. My academic journey at O.P. Jindal Global University has equipped me with a solid foundation in research methodologies, talent development strategies, L & D concepts, employee relations and many more. My passion for psychology extends beyond the classroom, as I actively try to engage in mindfulness practices like Vipassana meditation, which sharpen my focus and foster a balanced approach to both personal and professional challenges.Throughout my internships, I've had the opportunity to work with organizations like Hyundai Motor India, Hireyy Pvt. Ltd and the Schizophrenia Research Foundation. These experiences have allowed me to develop and refine practical skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and clinical psychology. I've been involved in projects and workshops that range from enhancing employee well-being to developing personalized rehab plans for patients, all of which have deepened my understanding of human behavior and its impact on organizational success.Looking ahead, I am eager to continue my journey in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a specific interest in research and its application to real-world organizational challenges. My goal is to contribute to creating workplaces that are not only productive but also psychologically enriching, where employees feel valued and supported. Outside of academics and work, I’m a film enthusiast who finds joy in exploring different perspectives and ideas portrayed on screen, and I enjoy reading books and journaling as ways to unwind and reflect!
