Provided social media, content management and website building services for a variety of clients. This began as a side position until February 2017 when I went full time with the business. After much growth, Harris Media Solutions merged with Dogwood Designs to form Dogwood Media Solutions in January 2019.

Primarily In charge of SBOM's web sites and social media along with assisting with audio/visual needs and video production. This includes project management with outside vendors to develop new sites.Overseen growth of SBOM Facebook presence from 4k likes to over 14k likes. Twitter followers increased from less than 1k to over 4.5k. Currently using Hootsuite social media management platform to manage all presence. Other avenues used include Pinterest, Linkedin, and Instagram.Email database was thrown out and recreated through MailChimp to emphasize location, position and interest based marketing. Worked in the SiteCore Content Management System to develop front end strategies to increase user engagement of GuideStone.org and other sites.Worked with development team and management to move site to a responsive web design business silo by silo.Worked to move video content from Ooyala to YouTube to take advantage of social media possibilities.This position was concurrent to serving as a contractor with the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions in Montgomery. I was able to split time between Dallas and Montgomery flying back and forth and in the end decided that moving my family to Dallas was not going to be a good fit for us at that time.

I assisted the Worship Production Pastor on a part-time basis with Sunday morning tech needs primarily overseeing the broadcast room producing the weekly broadcast, and managing the broadcast volunteers. Built two new websites for VaughnForest.com and assisted in the website maintenance along with Vaughn Forest's social media presence.I also maintained and repaired all broadcast equipment as needed.Left this position when I accepted a new position in Dallas, TX.

Led the church in all things communications. Oversaw the development of multiple websites using the Clover, Wordpress and E-Zekiel CMS. Produced all graphics for online, print magazine, brochures, IMAG and TV using Adobe suite. Produced videos for TV and internal use using the Apple Final Cut suite and Adobe suite of products. Created email marketing efforts using MailChimp. Including weekly e-news, monthly duplication of printed newsletter and special event marketing using targeted audience by ministry involvement. Created and led our photography team to develop material that could be used for publications, videos and social media. Led the technical teams which included recruiting and training all volunteers to run sound, lights, IMAG, and produce our weekly TV broadcast and live video stream. Oversaw IT including server based PCs, Macs, internal server, network, phones and internet connection. Stayed on as an part-time interim from February 2012 - July 2012 in order to train my successors.

Sold life insurance and provided customer service using cold calling methods. I used tasks list in order to keep up with prospects and provide timely follow up. Normally made 40-50 calls daily to setup appointments for potential candidates. Stayed on part-time basis cold calling customers in the evening to set appointments for the agent after accepting a new position with Frazer UMC.

Edited promotional videos to air on WFRZ-TV useing the Adobe creative suite for graphics and video editing. Also edited the website via E-Zekiel CMS.Left Frazer UMC when the church I attended offered a new position. Recommended my replacement and stayed on a part-time basis from January-March 2008 in order to train him.

Opened new accounts and sold banking products. Assisted customers with any financial needs as they entered the branch and cold called on sales leads in order to sell financial products.

Cold called on new customers and provided customer service to existing ones not limited to actual delivery of products.Oversaw bi-annual meeting planning with franchisees to locations such as Tunica, MS, Little Rock, AR, New Orleans, LA & Carnival Cruise Lines.Ran the DiscountImaging.com website.

Produced Russ and Dee Morning Show on WYDE 850 AM that was also simulcast from our studios live on WIAT CBS 42.Supervised all programs and part time staff of apx. 10.

Produced promotional spots, checked music logs, entered data in the automation system. Ran the audio board during live events.

Provided customer service mainly in the music area along with running a register as needed.

I sorted mail at the corporate headquarters, changed light bulbs, hung pictures, shredded documents, stuffed envelopes, picked up limbs and had a grand time driving a big John Deere tractor whenever I bush hogged the pecan grove!

Moved and setup tech equipment all over campus for a summer semester.
