- Engagement with senior Programme stakeholder groups, both internal and external to the department, ensuring consistent ownership and reporting of all Program governance MI - Providing fortnightly briefing pack to the Head of Global Programmes in preparation for attendance at external stakeholder meetings - Collation and review of the monthly Program highlight reports, ensuring a consistently high standard of reporting across the program. - Support to Project leads and local project PMOs - Overall responsible for Billing, forecasting, budgeting, Cost Management, Gross Margin Analysis. - Maintenance of SharePoint site for MI tracking - General support to the programmes in all aspects of Project - Management and delivery, helping to ensure best practise across the Programme.- Being central point of contact for stakeholder engagement, interfacing to peer groups, colleagues and management.- Have proven experience in successful engagement and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal. - Proven ability to organise (documents, people, processes, reports, logs etc.) - Technically competent to work with Intranet systems, project management tools and SharePoint services.
