- Provide pension payments to its clients, retired employees based in USA through SSN (Social Security Number)- Provide payment related advise and information as and when required.- Maintaining participants records up to date as per client instructions.- Reviewing the forms which are sent by participants and clients for modification of Direct Deposit and Non-Financial changes and update the same in our internal system.- Creating Income verification documents through Benpay by using participants gross income and sending to onshore.- Changing the federal and state tax withholding based on participants source document - Verifying the stop payment & releasing the payments.- Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues that have been escalated, or further escalate to necessary parties.

- Reconciliation between ledger and sub-ledger to ensure they balance and that any discrepancies are investigated and corrected.- Preparation and publish of daily & month end reconciliation reports.- Settlement of bills between different intercompany/ entities when they agree to a mutual settlement figure.- Constructing journals and making manual payments to the client using different platforms such as Peoplesoft, Paystation, NTPA etc- Responsible for the operations with foreign counterparts and prime brokerage clients in agreeing on the settlement and reconciling the same.- Posting journals to clear the Nostro breaks on daily basis after the payments have been made by the respective teams.- Coordinate with client, client service managers/ sales managers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of new clients onboarding in Financial Markets for trading and research purpose.- Onboarding clients via various platforms to enable research access after verification of client’s current status and background check via various sources like Bloomberg, and Thomson Routers
