With a diverse background spanning 24 years, my journey seamlessly blends a dynamic 12-year tenure in global corporate environments with an equally enriching 12-year commitment to education. Leveraging extensive corporate experience, she specializes in guiding and preparing students to successfully transition into the corporate world, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a professional setting.In education industry, I passionately engage with students, offering guidance and personalized interaction to support their career aspirations. My contributions to institutions such as Jindal Global University, Ahmedabad University, UPES, and Plaksha University have been centered around empowering students to achieve their goals both as a student & as a professional.In 2022, I had the honor of collaborating with IGNCA on a significant project for the Government of India: Mapping of Uttarakhand's Culture, a nationwide initiative aimed at preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the region.Outside of academia, I am a Bharatnatyam dancer trained at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and was an active participant at the National School of Drama in the 90s. Beyond the stage, I indulge in my passion for singing, car racing, bike riding, trekking, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines through traveling.I had the privilege of being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey for her series "Moms Around the World," where they discussed the challenges mothers face while balancing between their children and careers.
