Currently working as the Headliner Lead on multiple program.

Responsible for new business in Automotive, Military, Marine, and Medical industries in Metals and Thermoplastics. Twenty-Twenty Engineering has been providing product design and engineering services along with a full service of manufacturing capabilities for both prototype/production and low/high volume programs since 2005.

Reported to sales with the objective to create new business in Metals, Composites, Thermoplastics, RR Lighting and EPP foam. Helped secure approximately 12 million in new business.Worked with GM and Tier 1 engineering groups to apply new materials and processes that would result in part consolidation, cost and mass savings. Developed new components and concept proposals using unigraphics.Responsible for holding kick-off meetings, prepared and submitted cost matrixes, engineering estimates, technical review presentations, timelines, process flows and engineering design development cost cards prior to sourcing.Meridian Automotive Systems

Lead Designer for the GMT900 Luxury Floor Console responsible for packaging, engineering a manufacturable, structural, and functional product while maintaining studio theme, satisfying safety requirements, human factor requirements and general assembly. After the GMT900 was kicked off for production I was sent to work in the Design Studio directly with GM on the 360 NG floor console.

Performed Class 'A' surfacing and designed in the following area's of the vehicle: Front - End Sheet Metal, Exterior Plastics, Bumper Systems, I/P, Floor Consoles, Interior Trim and Underhood Component packaging. Successfully completed many components, assemblies and mechanisms from studio surface to production parts. I also volunteered several weeks as design support at the Wentzville, MO assembly plant through start of production.

Responsibilities included preparing technical studies, layouts, surface and line changes in the door group.
