Exceeded top and bottom-line targets for 5 years in a row. ♦ Supervised team members in sales and operations roles as the US region grew from 6 to 21 employees. ♦ Oversaw key account management with REI, Backcountry.com, Moosejaw, EMS, LL Bean, and several Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA) retailers and others. ♦ Consistently achieved a decade of averaging double-digit YoY growth and drove Deuter to become the #3 selling technical backpack, the first time a European backpack brand achieved top-3 status in the US market.

Responsible for the acquisition and ongoing relationship management of worldwide distribution partners, resulting in Deuter’s growth from a regional brand to one of the world’s most esteemed and recognized manufacturers of Outdoor Sports equipment.♦ Partnered with the Sourcing team to onboard new backpack (Duke Trading) and sleeping bag (Belmart) manufacturers providers in Asia. ♦ Increased the total number of worldwide distributors from 5 to 45, covering Europe, Asia, and North and South America. ♦ Spearheaded project to establish and launch Deuter USA in 2001, in collaboration with cross-departmental leadership.
