• Monitoring Process and final quality checks activities.• Identifying all quality issue line and fix them with proper action plan.• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance and keeping quality documentation up to date• Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience• Initiating actions on review on NC Material report(NCMR).• Handling Customer Complaint Analysis and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels• Applying the methods of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for analyzing data and ensuring quality.• To initiate action plan for non-conformance identified & apply Corrective & Preventive ACTION.• Monitoring each and every stations and Recording the Wastage level in every stations and making the comparison statement to reduce the Wastage.• Internal process verification for effective process / process control.• Preparing BOMs.• Conducts Quality data analysis and provide inputs for Quality review meetings, Management review meeting. • Product and process audit , Timely and effective closure of Non conformances report.
