Branch Manager
The consultant is responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the company's project activities, ensuring provisions of necessary inputs, technical assistance and training and enhancing the sustainability of project activities. Recruit, guide and supervise volunteers nominated by the Company, participate in periodic meetings and events as decided by the Company. Based on information from the sector and partners, including relevant opportunities and constraints, common agricultural approaches and best practices within the company's existing goals are identified and shared with project staff. To contribute to the development of monitoring and evaluation tools for ongoing agricultural programmes. Conducting multi-stakeholder consultations to identify and confirm all agricultural options, including their costs, benefits and risks within the livelihood framework and to develop markets related to non-chemical agricultural products and increase market demand for the products.
