 Developed new B2B vendors specific to project requirement and achieved turnover of 350 crores by drop-shipping mode of distribution achieving 95 % order fulfil rate. Developed parameters, procedure for vendor evaluation/ performance rating for vendor registration and brought down the time for it from 21 to 14 days by modifying measures to process credentials by applying six sigma. Responsible for distribution requirement planning, assembling data, analyzing demand-supply pattern ,material requirement planning, developing recommendations to support supply chain planning and operations.,  Approve invoices for accounts receivable/payable maintaining cash to cash cycle of 30 days, collects, interprets relevant data affecting costs and provides analytical support for projects, project delivery schedule, cash flows, operating budget control etc.  Monitoring compliance and progress of contract/project vis-à-vis client/vendor and developing periodic performance reports and its distribution to stakeholders. Evaluated work processes for delivery by applying six sigma/lean principles and improved through root cause analysis / value stream mapping reducing customer rejections.
