Consultant with 5 years of IT experience and 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation with deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience to deliver results to meet customer satisfaction.• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM(Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping ) module.• Implement Service mapping for better impact analysis.• Implement credential-less cloud discovery.• Configure the CMDB Health Dashboard.• Setup and administer MID servers if needed.• Configure and maintain Discovery IP ranges and schedules.• Maintain Discovery credentials.• Troubleshooting issues related to CI discovery with respective team SMEs.• Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into ITOM solutions.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Experience with Agile• Capable to work independently as well as in a team.• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to members of the team.
