CurrentResponsibilities: • Facilitating all Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are engaged and aligned with project goals.• Leading the Scrum team in self-organization, empowering team members to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities for enhanced productivity.• Identifying and resolving impediments that hinder team progress, both from internal and external sources, to maintain a smooth workflow.• Collaborating with stakeholders to refine the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized according to business needs.• Tracking and reporting on key Scrum metrics such as burn-down charts and velocity, providing insights to stakeholders on team performance and project status.• Promoting Agile best practices within the organization, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.• Mentoring junior team members in Agile methodologies, fostering a learning environment that encourages professional growth and development.• Conducting regular reviews of team processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency.
