Current- Manage day-to-day BAU Level 2 production support for Investment Banking Services, driving and collaborating with clients and other internal and external IT counterparts.
- Setup 8-member strong hybrid support team in India with permanent and vendor staffs to provide essential service during APAC & EMEA hours for 500+ business operations stakeholders.
- Service Matter Expert in confirmations and settlement systems, predominantly looking after OTC derivatives, equities products along with support to Asset Servicing applications.
- Drive Incident Management calls for high impacting incidents including assessment of MAS65 regulatory compliance. Update key business management with timely notifications on progress of incidents.
- Accountability of Problem management and eventual remediation, resulting in reduction in system outages.
- As part of Change Management, active participation in Change Advisory Board for pre-deployment changes and reviews. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure business readiness post changes.
