a. Ensures full process compliance as outlined in the Operations Manual.b. Ensuring that the quality of the verification/investigation done is in accordance to Dataflow standards such that:■ The correct verification process was followed by the Verification Associates with the necessary approvals in place to ensure that Operations protocols were followed.■ All verification errors/process deviations are rejected immediately with thorough comments which would allow the verification team to have a better understanding of the error raised.■ Complete documentation is uploaded in the System (includes but not limited to, emails to Issuing Authorities, follow up to Issuing Authorities, vendor/site visit reports, written replies of Issuing Authorities).■ Ensuring that the quality of the Screening Report meets the standards set forth by Dataflow such that the report status is accurate.c. Ensuring the body of the report contains the correct verbiage and does not have any grammatical errors.d. Ensuring the report annexures/attachments are presented in the report.e. Ensuring the format of the report is in accordance with client specifications.f. Proactively coordinating with other process teams such as Pre Initiation, Verifications, Applicant Case Owner and Client Account Management as neededg. Observing full compliance to Dataflow’s Information Security Policy.h. Ensuring that On Time, Done Right KPI’s are consistently achieved by managing the tasks assigned consistently.i. Engaging with the team to actively identify or support continuous process improvement initiatives to promote a more efficient Operations Team.
