• My responsibilities at WNS South Africa involved the following:
• Heading the finance function for WNS South Africa which had 3500 FTE based out of six sites with complete accountability of controllership as profitability management.Integrate the newly acquired entity into the.
• Lead the finance function for the location with a clear 3 year financial goal and related strategy. This was of critical importance as South Africa turned to be the largest delivery location for WNS outside India.
• Set up robust practices for controllership and FP&A for the location leading to a financial turnaround in 24 months.

• I joined WNS in Jan 2007 as an Associate Vice President. My key roles and responsibilities included the following:
• Leading large finance shared services for third party global clients with a scale of 500 FTE. The shared services would include AP, AR, GL, Payroll, fixed assets and all other related financial process.
• Actively involved in transition of new processes from the client.
• Setting up the finance and accounting shared services in Bucharest from scratch and lead the operations for critical clients.
