 Managing full-spectrum of human resource including expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, conflict resolution, HR record management, training, grievance redressal, separation and HR Clearance Works with business and HR leadership on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented Coordinates with business to ensure timely completion of all stages of the Performance Appraisal process by periodic communication with the concerned stakeholders and timely resolution of any issues / challenges. Assists in smooth management of performance appraisal outcomes and other employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, rotations, and succession planning. Policy and process implementation- Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses Focus efforts towards talent development, improve retention and manage employee relations Internal Talent movement: Partnering with the RMG team and act as a conduit to improvise internal career movements for employees Drive the HR agenda within the Business, ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against the annual recurring people management requirements through regular Focus group sessions and one on One session

 Project Management – managed IT project under defined timelines, budget & quality parameters with appropriate test planning, strategy based on estimations using waterfall and agile methodology Regulation, reporting, monitor and control of testing projects– anchored test preparation, execution, coordination& Reporting of the testing activities of the computer-based system from an initiation phase till implementation and Hand over to the client Training and mentoring- trained and mentored team members in testing methodologies and best practices
