Monitor to ensure completion and effectiveness of the same.• Ensure all escalations are dealt on time with proper root cause and action plan discussed with key stakeholders• Conduct regular reviews with counterparties to discuss operational issues, challenges, enhancements etc.• Conduct RCA, CA & PA for the delay in payment/payment failure• Manage end to end process for rush/critical/sensitive payments and ensure timely release of payment within defined SLA.• Performance of GPS/Morse controls as per organization wide programs. • Ensure timely review, updating and validation of SOPs.• Management of timely and appropriate audit response to IGAD/external auditors.• Audit walkthrough to secure process, applications, controls and risk of the process.• Ensure Invoice audit from various service providers and ensure on-time payment• Implementing system control/manual control to avoid duplicate payments• Coordinate with bank on behalf of team to ensure seamless payment remittance to customer’s account
