Presented the white paper at Amazon’s Continuous Improvement Regional conference and obtained buy in to roll out the new process path to 6 other similar Fulfillment Centers in the network with estimated annual savings of $4.65M• Drove 2017 Peak season planning for Pick department including identifying and removing capacity constraints for all shifts to meet Black Friday and Cyber Monday customer demands. • Managed outbound flow for PHX6’s biggest shifts on Amazon’s 3 most important days- Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Shipped 330k+ customer shipments during 10 hour shifts on each of those days. Prime Day performance saw a 6.6% YoY increase in productivity and was rated the best in productivity in the network. PHX6 performance with respect to meeting Customer Experience was the best in the network on all the 3 crucial days.
