Total about 26 years of experience in Engineering Design for Hydrocarbon / Petrochemical Industry Projects. Experience in Heading the Structural Designers Team & Design Office Co-ordination.Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships within Company, with its clients and other stakeholders.Lead, Develop and Manage the group including:a) Outline project requirements, assign responsibilities, and ensure project deliverables are achieved;b) Manage the overall technical integrity of the group’s work including safety in design and sustainable design;c) Manage the group’s resources, including forecasting workload and competency requirements, and utilize Work share where possible.Inter Discipline coordination, fallow up & expediting the output to meet the project schedule with quality.Develop, improve and maintain Company design and drafting systems, processes, practices and procedures.Ensure Continuous Improvement is being made by the group with the implementation of an Annual Improvement Plan and addressing lessons learnt.Communicate effectively with group, project teams, clients and other project stakeholders; and make presentations as required.Proactively resolve any discrepancies between company and the client’s requirements.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in the discipline.Review of Vendor Documents, Preparation of MTO Reports.Preparation of “Cost, Time & Resource- (CTR)” estimation for all projects.Answering the “Technical query – (TQ’s)” & preparation of “Change Orders”.Participate and contribute in project meetings & Design review sessions (Internal & External).Working knowledge and ability to interpret and apply relevant International and local Codes and Standards and also client standards and specifications.Experience in conducting Interviews & recruiting skilled candidates.Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work as part of a team.
