Heading PCR, Studio, MCR & Ingest technical equipments, looking after day to day smooth running of Live and recorded programs via Studios and PCR.Keeping a check on the health of all station equipments,bureau equipments etc.Quality assurance of programs shot, edited and that the programs are up to the guidelines as provided by the broadcast station.Coordinate with each department to sort day to day problems faced in MCR, PCR and Ingest.Team build up and resource management.
