After getting confirmation will arrange to send bank statement which includes all employee's bank account numbers and ifsc code. If any F&F cases will process the full & final settlement. After fainlising the salary will generate statutory reports like pf pt esi and Tds reports and it will be sent to the client. Than will arrange to prepare Pf txt file to generate online pf challan and it will deposited to the bank within the due date of every month 15th. And after client will send us pt online payment challan will generate Pt challan through online the same will be submitted to the Pt department within the due date of every month 20th. Esi ip numbers will be generated with an help of new joiners employee details and will arrange to prepare esi mc template the same will be uploaded in online for generating esi online challan and the challan wil be submitted to the bank within the due date of every month 15th. And querterly once will file Etds returns. And yearly once wil file Pt annual returns and Pt renewals. For these days pf returns became online so no need to file annual retuns.
