Bhaskar Priydarshy is presently working Deputy Director, District Child Protection Unit, Darbhanga district of Bihar. Child protection comes under social welfare department. He also possess more than 15 years of experience in the area of teaching. He is aware of child psychology. The department also deals with all vulnerable children of the district and provides institutional and non institutional care to them. District Child Protection Unit runs different child care institutions i.e. observation home, children home and specialized adoption agency (SAA). As a nodal officer of child protection in the district, he coordinates with Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Special Juvenile Police Unit(SJPU), Juvenile justice board (JJB), Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Childline (1098) and other departments . Aim of his life is to brought all vulnerable children under the umbrella of child protection and promote legal adoption of a child. He also monitors progress of Parwarish scheme, Mukhyamanti Kanya Vivah Scheme, Sponshorship scheme and PMCARES scheme at district level.
