Research Highlights: As a total research exposure, I was having experience in metal-catalyzed reactions, asymmetric catalysis, enantioselective synthesis, parallel synthesis. Designing and troubleshooting the synthesis of bioactive molecules/libraries of pharmaceutical importance. Provide support to different Medicinal Chemistry Projects by synthesizing suggested novel organic molecules (Custom Synthesis) at different quantity scales (milligram to gram quantities), also propose and provide synthesis support to produce focus libraries based on different heterocyclic active molecules. Experienced to manage time-bound synthetic projects with multistep synthesis (reference/novel compounds of medicinal use). Having good hand on experience on multistep linear synthesis. Expert in designing and executing the multi-step synthesis of complex bioactive heterocyclic compounds, developing new and efficient methodologies for the construction of organic framework, C-C, C-N, and C-O bond formation reactions.  Functional group transformations, handling air and moisture sensitive compounds and their preparation and purification procedures, proficiency in analyzing spectroscopic data like NMR, Mass, IR etc. needed for structure elucidation.  Considerable expertise and extensive knowledge of the scientific literature well versed in using SciFinder, Reaxys, Molebase, Scopus scientific databases & Sci-Hub.
