As a ‘Senior Learning Architect’, my role is to partner with business organizations to uncover business problems that can be addressed to education and device appropriate learning solutions for the target audience.My roles and responsibilities involve:• Formulate innovating and measurable learning journeys using appropriate modalities including digital learning, blended learning solutions, on-the-job coaching, virtual-reality, mobile learning, simulations, and gamified approach.• Collaborate with subject matter experts, and stakeholders to conduct detailed training needs assessments and formulate measurable learning outcomes.• Articulate learning measurement strategies to validate that our proposed solutions are having an impact.

My role is to lead the content vertical at Liqvid for Quality delivery, within timelines and budgeted development cost. My key focus is on expediting process enhancements for automation in content development and translation for increased ROI.

As a learning evangelist, my role is to formulate strategies to drive training and learning direction and development for organizations and disseminating knowledge & information through technology. The roles and responsibilities involve:• Analyze client needs and recommend innovative solutions for learning and content delivery.• Consult with clients on suggested approaches and tools.• Work with subject matter experts to create scripts, storyboards and visualization for e-learning, animations and videos.• Work as extended team with organizations new to eLearning and scaffold them to adopt eLearning and technology facilitated learning.• Prepare commercial proposals including budget preparation.• Promote importance of adopting eLearning and ROI of adopting eLearning in an organization.• Propose and design creative instructional direction for new and existing clients.• Outline and conceive design plans, strategies, and solutions for clients, working with Operations Manager to determine how to implement them.• Help win repeat business by making sure that the client’s experience with ED is a positive one and that we are perceived as a “best in class” learning partner.• Work with the sales team to develop an understanding of the prospect’s needs/ priorities/ initiatives, providing clients with content and consulting solutions that can support and enhance their business objectives.• Act as the learning and instructional design expert, working with the sales team to write and refine presentations and proposals.
