I have worked with leading companies from diversified industries to help them transform ambiguity into opportunity by utilizing leading-edge management practices & innovative design thinking principles. My workstream included effective stakeholder engagement, designing research methodology, performing primary & secondary research, analysis for data driven strategic decision making, generation and articulation of insights, and ensuring delivery of reports and presentations to clients within the accepted parameters. In addition, I was entrusted with the responsibility to onboard and supervise new recruits as well. # Experience in consumer insights generation through Design Thinking, JTBD, Empathy Mapping, and so on. # Developed a user guide for a complex digital product. Also, developed a process guide to ensure deliberate stepwise product onboarding and helped the technical team avoid the curse of knowledge. # Helped in identifying improvement scope by closely monitoring user experience for the complex digital product and ensured fast implementation by maintaining a feedback loop.
