In 22+ years of experience in Manufacturing domain, I have worked in various functions like Business Development, Supply Chain, Program Management, New Product Development (Metallic & Composite), Production Shops, and Manufacturing contributing to the development of various programs of Global & Domestic OEMs like Airbus, Boeing, Eaton, Collins, BAE, Thales, MBDA, Liebherr, IAI, Rafael, Safran, VSSC, HAL and NAL.Currently I am spearheading the overall responsibility of a Aerospace & Defense Organization of Electromechanical/Electro-pneumatic Actuation Systems & Mechanical Assemblies leading functions like Business Strategy & New Product Development and Program Management, guiding Supply Chain, Engineering and Production. Catering to various customers like IAI, BAE Systems (US), Thales, MBDA, Rafael, Eaton, Liebherr, Collins on both Defense and Commercial platforms. Developing products for Airbus (A220, 320 & 350), Dassault (F6X) and Embraer (EJET) Platforms. Also supporting defence products like Tracking Pedestal for Radar Systems, Air Cooling Machine for Air Pods, Proximity Switches for M777 Guns, Servo’s for Fin Actuation of various missile programs like Akash, QRSAM, MR SAM, Turnkey Solution for Brahmos, Precision High Pressure Pneumatic Systems, Fuel Dump Valve for ALH (Dhruv Helicopter). And cater to their After Sales requirements as well. Responsible for the P&L for the exports business of the organization with a special focus on positive cashflow in the capacity of General Manager at Nucon Aerospace.In my last stint, I was associated with AXISCADES Aerospace Pvt Ltd, as Sr. Manager- Projects Leading the operations like Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering & Production of Programs like ground handling and support systems, Test benches and MRO support for Thales & MBDA.Prior to this, I worked with Tata Advanced Materials Limited in Business Development and Project Management of IAI, Honeywell, HAL, NAL and ISRO handling composites requirements. I started my career from L&T as GET in 2001, worked way through Machining, Heat Treatment, Composites, Fabrication and surface treatment in various assignments.
