Being from Rishikesh, I had this opportunity to learn yoga since childhood. It’s been 13 years of journey training corporates, celebrities, bureaucrats, cancer patients, kids with special abilities, gyms, rehabilitation centres etc. I am pursuing PhD in Yoga. And have started my company BMDS Services and Consultancy with a mission to help people stay fit and healthy physically as well as mentally.Exer Yoga is an intense combination of exercise and Yoga. We are changing the way people perceive yoga. We provide services like Yoga, Zumba, Aerobics, Martial Arts, Pilates, Desktop workout to the corporates, gyms, housing societies, fitness studios, groups and personal training. We are not just training people to be able to do advanced asanas, however, our goal is to bring awareness towards the breath and spirituality. We follow the Maharishi Patanjali’s philosophy on Yoga.I enjoy Fitness Instruction because of its freedom and flexibility, it's endless possibilities. My mission statement is 'To inspire the spirit by making Stress Management accessible to everyone'. Our approach towards Fitness Consulting involves an active lifestyle, an emphasis on Diet Planning & self-care; Bodywork in a supportive atmosphere, an interactive program and regular interaction with clients.
