Duties & Responsibilities:•Ensure smooth & efficient operations to facilitate achievement of targets & growth.•Control overall Accounting and Financial matters.•Handling and maintaining Accounts upto Finalization and computation works of Income-Tax.•To Assist with the Auditors at the time of Co’s Audit.•Knowledge of the internal Audit works.•Preparation of year ending Schedules and Accounts for Audit.•Reconciliation of Banks, H.O, Branches, Debtors, Creditors and Stock.•All kinds of Bank Transactions.•Maintaining Purchase & Sales including Stock Register.•E-filing of KVAT, TDS, Income-Tax , and Service Tax related works.•Dealing with Banks for mobilisation of funds ( Loans purpose.).•Computerised ESIC and EPF related works.
