* Candidate Screening through various online portal like: Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Facebook Etc.* Interviewing Candidates as per the requirements.* Preparing Job Description as per the Desired Position.* Reference and Background Checks.* Experience in to end to end Process of Recruitment.*Handling complete end to end process of technical recruitment.* Handling Candidates Joining & On Board Formalities*Strong experience in a Consulting environment for searching and recruiting * Pharmaceutical/Chemical / IT talent.*Excellent understanding of Technical terms and can quickly find target specific resumes to meet client requirement.* Providing proper details of the candidates to the company.* Communicating with hiring managers of different companies to determine staffing needs..* Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.* Performing reference and background checks.* Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.* Following up on the interview process status.* Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.*Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s *Recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.*Ability to handle volume recruitment in a fast paced environment with adhering to strict deadlines.*Excellent communication & Ability to multi-task and prioritize* Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.* Completing timely reports on employment activity.
