Currently I am working with BBR Hospitality Pvt Ltd, which is well known as "bookbyrooms".It is an OTA which is about to start and will be operating PAN India, from Patna, Bihar.Previously I was working with CARE India Solution for Sustainable Development as an IT Officer – Bihar & Jharkhand, since July, 2014 and my core responsibilities are:Providing guidance to all Project Managers and District Managers on all technical issues in all over Bihar & Jharkhand.Managing IT infrastructure on all locations of Care India – Bihar & Jharkhand.Handling more than 50 offices of Care India in Bihar and Jharkhand. (44 offices in Bihar - 38 district offices, 6 offices in Patna location and 5 offices in Jharkhand and some govt offices)Handling approx. 1800 staffs across Bihar and Jharkhand. Handling approx. 9 servers, 100 Desktops, 800 laptops and 1500 mobiles. Co-ordination with State Health Society and other GoB units to support them on technical issues.Actively participate as part of technical committee member in tenders of GoB State Health Society.Managing Severs, with Linux OS and as well as Microsoft 2008 and 2012 and all applications.Monitor tickets for SLA compliance.Assigning Team with responsibilities as and when required.Analysis of new Technology and applications for potential clients.Involving teams and monitoring them for Failure Mode Analysis (FMA).Implementation and managing VMware / Citrix Server and Console with multi Operating system.Manage network diagram and its implementation with spare.Managing all application and software behavior on the client and server. Troubleshooting Servers, SYSTEM & Networking problems.Internet Lease line, RF (Radio Frequency) connectivity, Video Conferencing, con-calls arrangements.Asset management system, blog, SMS gateway integration and bulk SMS, call logging system
