Job Description:The Job involves coordination with Company's Business Development Managers based in US, Getting Requisitions of the BDM, Searching and submission of Good quality resumes with Quick turn around time to get more closures.Responsibilities:Maintain the relationship with vendors in getting some good requirements.Sourcing resumes for the client requirements in dice or monster or computer jobs etcMarketing our bench consultants for different client requirements.Talking to the consultants over phone about the requirement and mailing them the requirement and finding that who is best fit for the requirement.And submitting the consultant to the client requirements.Follow up the client for the status of the consultants who are submitted for the particular requirements.Scheduling an interview for the submitted consultants with the clients.Follow regularly with the consultants over the phone and mails whether the consultants are available.If they are available then I will submit them to different client requirements.Finally follow up with the clients and consultants until we get a placement.
