Erp Product Implementation Engineer
Current• Joined in this Company as a fresher and finally took complete ownership of Sales Recruiting and HR modules as module lead within a very short period.• Involved in the overall software quality assurance life cycle, including manual and automated testing. • Work with offshore and onshore Project Managers and test teams to carry out the product tasks.• Product Installation and Configurations.• Database level Customization as per client’s requirements (SQL& PL/SQL).• Develop reports for all modules using the Crystal Reports tool.• Integrations with several 3rd party Applications.• Performing acceptance tests.• Coordinate with various Internal teams (Tech Support, Development andQA) to ensure that they possess all proper guidelines before performingthe task.• Should be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during theimplementation. If needed, liaise with several internal departments toresolve the issue.• Provide Training to super users on functionalities, best practices, andprocesses.• Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills are a must.• Excellent Analytical Skills.• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize assignments.• Should be able to provide documentation related to implementation tasks.• Provide Updates/feedback to Delivery Manager on the Ongoing ProjectActivities.• Should ensure that the timesheets are submitted regularly• Should be able to perform implementation tasks within SLA.
