● Accountable for the Strategy, Digital Transformation and Execution of IT for the ~$16B largest Division (Electronics Manufacturing Services - EMS) of Jabil, Ranked a Fortune 140 company, with operations across 20+ countries and IT staff of over 900 along with the expected cost pressures of a 3.5% margin business. ● Responsible for the execution of the factory of the future strategy that involves rolling out a fully connected (IoT) factory ecosystem of tools across 40+ sites that makes Jabil faster, better and more cost effective at NPI and full rate production than competition.● As the largest division, leading the charge for cloud transformation of Jabil’s Infrastructure and applications - Both Strategy and Implementation across AWS and Azure Public Clouds.

● Accountable for HRIS that managed workforce of 230,000 across 31 countries. Worked closely with the CHRO to develop the long term HRIS strategy and business case for Workday implementation – consolidating the diverse HR solutions and unifying the employee lifecycle processes for the first time in the history of Jabil.● Accountable for the SAP COE and developed the strategy and business case for SAP S/4 conversion along with the cloud migration strategy.● Was instrumental in driving the overall Cloud and Analytics Strategy for Jabil.

● Unified IT teams across all the 8 operating units (including AAI). Developed a simple IT roadmap aligned with the business needs. Developed a comprehensive talent development program to address the retirement of over 40% of the IT workforce over the next 5 years. ● Reduced the $53M budget by 8% in one year while climbing up to the highest position among all Textron divisions for IT Customer satisfaction.

● Successfully completed integration of the $1B acquisition (AAI Corp) into the Textron Corporate IT Infrastructure; streamlined application support, team structure and incorporated PMO. These actions re-established credibility of IT within the business.● Remediated the Oracle EBS ERP implementation and re-invigorated the BI implementation. Also, addressed licensing, Audit and change management processes.● Reduced the $30M IT budget by 10% by the end of year 2.

● Was accountable for the strategy and operational elements of the Textron SAP COE. Delivered significant improvements in the quality and consistency of execution.

● Led application infrastructure (BASIS) team that supported the implementation of SAP at several name brand Pharma, Retail and Manufacturing clients of PwC/IBM.

● Managed a team that supported the underlying databases used by the trading and group annuities applications. Implemented high-availability and business continuity solutions.

● Assisted customers in dealing with diverse technical issues including database crashes, system performance and database corruption.
