2020 brought a close to my days in the corporate world after spending years with several companies, many of which I'm proud to have spent time with and grown in my knowledge and experience. I was facing a unique disposition post layoff, with a growing family and few if any viable options. Despite my military experience and clearance, advanced education and work history it wasn't looking good. So I asked a simple question, what else am I good at? What have I always been good at, but maybe haven't earned a living from? After breaking it down in the simplest of terms I was left with, "lifting and heavy things and breaking 'stuff.'" So that's how the junk removal and demolition industry became the target of my next opportunity. 3 years later, we've grown into a 5 truck operation serving Coastal Virginia and Richmond with demolition, rolloff dumpster and junk removal services. I summarize our capabilities very simply, we'll pick up your old recliner chair or make an entire house disappear and everything in between. It's been a lot of fun, we've done some exciting jobs for awesome people, learned from our dumb mistakes along the way and of course seen our share of some real nasty clean outs. 2024 will be another year of growth and expansion in our capabilities and capacities that I look forward to sharing with all of you here on LinkedIN.
