Distribution to banks, alternative investment managers, debt funds, insurance, pension funds, sovereign wealth and family offices; developed/executed various single asset risk participation structures including straight syndication, participations, capital tranching, leverage facilities, partnerships etc as well as portfolio solutions including securitization. Increasingly important consideration towards green and sustainability linked debt as well as evaluation of green weighting factors in lending decisions.Prior focus on investments in the infrastructure, energy and renewable energy sectors including project finance and structured credit (senior and mezzanine loans), debt capital markets solutions, export credit agency, derivatives and equity products. Originated, executed and syndicated transactions across a number of sectors including power (solar, wind, biomass, hydro, gas), transmission, economic and social infrastructure (roads, ports, airports, hospitals etc), telecoms (data centers, fiber optic cables and networks) mid-stream and downstream.
