On-Site Operations Manager
CurrentProvided managerial leadership for employees of Integrity Staffing, on assignment with Amazon.com (SDF4, SDF6, SDF7, and SDF9) Managed personal staff of six building shift managers, up to twenty-five production performance coaches, and over eight-hundred seasonal contract employees. The On-Site Operations Manager provides support to Amazon.com staff for all client and employee issues and concerns that have been escalated by building shift management. Developed relationships with client management and employees, ultimately acting as a liaison between client and Integrity Staffing, in an effort to reduce operational costs and improve employee efficiency during 4th quarter peak hiring season.Day to day functions included:-Managing a team of on-site staff members, to ensure that workloads are distributed appropriately and in a manner that will optimize service and ensure completion of deliverables. -Train and assess onsite staff members; provide developmental coaching and positive motivation. -Run metric reports, analyze data, and prepare any additional report summaries to discuss any items to be addressed prior to attending client meetings. Communicate findings, contributing factors, and potential solutions to Integrity and Client managers.-Build relationships with Client managers through daily interactions and weekly meetings. Solicit their input of department concerns and provide support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.-Developing strategies to deter employee turnover, and improve seasonal attrition rates.-Audited employee compliance of operational processes, to optimize workload quality and production rate, while ensuring that client's policy was thoroughly understood and applied.-Ensured that all escalated payroll, HR, safety, and attendance/attrition concerns, from both client and contract employees, were addressed and remedied in a timely fashion, and with the approval of both parties.
