Global business finance partner and commercial head for the 2 business units across Xchanging. Global team across India, UK and Malaysia - Business unit P&L management- Involved in strategy formulation for the business unit- Support execution of the strategy for topline and bottom-line growth. Role: To provide business finance support for the Asia region (ex Japan and India), a $500M++ region of 13 countries. Part of the Asia Regional Leadership/Strategic team. (Direct/Indirect team size: 15)- Responsible for meeting the Asia financial forecast. # Provide leadership and guidance to country finance leaders during forecasting and month close cycles. # Analyze financial forecasts from countries and ensure alignment with Asia targets # Ensure alignment to forecasts by closely tracking new projects, red projects and any accounting implications- Review and approve new deals/contracts as a part of the Asia Regional Leadership team # Provide hands on guidance for large strategic deals and be a part of the negotiating team, wherever required

Pricing/commercial specialist for large Services contracts; Setup pricing center of excellence in India. (Direct/Indirect team size: 5)- Participate in client meetings, right from the initial shaping stages. - Involved during drafting of the solution, and providing inputs to tweak the solution to fit into the cost/price to win.- Develop P&L models for contracts and incorporate the appropriate accounting, legal requirements. - Analyze and manage risk: Balance risk and reward in deals aligning with potential customer relationship issues.- Propose appropriate deal structures and conditions to align with client requirements as well as maximize EDS’ return for the risk profile. Evaluate various scenarios for volume, price variations. - Negotiate and develop contract schedules and determine financial implications of contract terms. Notable contracts:- Then, the largest IT outsourcing contract in the Middle East worth $100M+ for a public utility client, won by Injazat, an EDS JV in UAE.- Renegotiation and renewal of contract with a large bank in Malaysia – US$200M+- IT outsourcing contract in Qatar for a Government sponsored organization. – US$20M+- IT Outsourcing contract for an Australian Federal Department – US$50M+- Renewal of a contract with an Australian Federal Department - US$300M+
