Led the following ServiceNow teams during this period - Incident , Problem , Knowledge , Change , Event Management , Release, Subscriptions , Process emails , Outage communication.Part of a global team having 150+ ServiceNow developers/administrators and over a dozen stakeholders/process owners.I worked with various process owners for a) identifying process pain points and remediating them either via tooling them on ServiceNow or by formulating/improving guidelines for process implementation.b) Identifying gaps in the current ServiceNow implementations and improving upon it for a better user experience.c) Migrating various GE businesses which were using various ITSM applications onto a single ServiceNow platform. Other responsibilities included communicating the requirements and co-ordinating with the offshore development teams to ensure the on time & defect free deliverables.

- Was part of a team that built a mobile presentation layer framework on Java. This framework was used for creating feature rich cross platform mobile applications by playing around with a flexible , but standardized data format.- The data format contained information that was used by the widgets on the mobile device to dynamically adapt and render the information and/or take action as required. This allowed for complete control and rapid deployment of mobile applications by just generating the flexible data format.- Was responsible for developing a number of presentation layer modules. - Led the development team for the code documentation, cleanup , best practice implementation, and Junit testing coverage efforts.- Was involved in the performance analysis of the client applications and performance tuning of the framework.

As a PaaS application developer , I built the following - 1) Several record-keeping & visualization applications - Using an in-house platform which closely resembles today's private clouds, I was able to build and deploy these applications much faster than a traditional Java web application architecture.2) A collaboration platform which helped engineers & researchers collaborate on ideas. These ideas were usually for new inventions and patents and having a single platform helped speed up their efforts.I also automated various repetitive tasks and processes saving valuable man hours and eliminating human errors.- I used Java , jQuery, XML, XSLT, XPATH, WebServices (SOAP/REST) & LDAP for building these applications on the platform.
