#Managing the entire website www.themobilestore.in Including marketing, content, catalog etc#As the first recruit of the e-commerce division at the company, I was instrumental in setting up the entire business unit. During my tenure, the business has grown from nothing to $ 1.5 million USD per month with EBITDA level profit of around 5%.#During the first 6 months of the role; launched the e-commerce platform, negotiated deals successfully with various vendors like logistic providers & payment gateways, formed core team of 8 people and increased the business to 2 million INR per month.#Even with ZERO internal marketing budgets, was able to increase the traffic of the ecommerce platform to 50,000 visitors per day by mainly using our strong relationships with mobile OEMs, banks and certain corporate companies.#Not only launched certain mobile brands that are not available in our retail format but also successfully launched related categories like cameras, mobile accessories and audio. Succeeded in making non-mobile categories to reach as much as 10% of total revenue.
