*Timely processing of employee invoices/reports and check requests for APAC, EMEA and America’s (US & Canada) region.*Creating Employee profile in concur and SAP ensuring timely reimbursements.*Profile changes in concur and providing delegate rights, when required.*Review all the expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure.*Processing Claims in Concur SAP and then posting their JEs in SAP and sent those for payments as per the defined payment cycle.*Updating Managers (Approval 1/approval 2) and COA (Cost object approvals) in SAP Concur on weekly basis.*Ensuring cost center change and cash advance approval changes in employees profile on weekly basis via uploader.*Preparing Payment runs on weekly and Bi-weekly basis for APAC, EMEA and America’s (US & Canada) region respectively. *Creations of different audit rule(s) in concur expenses for optimizing better use of organization resources.*Obtaining and validating business line manager approval(s) / SMT approvals / Travel manager approvals as per threshold decided.*Research and respond to Vendors and Employees inquiries pertaining to expense as per the policy defined.*Reconcile Vendor account statement and past due balances.*Assist auditors with the Information required.*Update and prepare monthly accruals.*Quarterly/yearly mileage rate update in concur as approved by government.*MIS reporting Via PPT and internal Jira tool to Director and SVP (Senior management)*IC and part of updating cost centers in employee’s profile based on the HC file received from HR on weekly basis.*Preparation of Balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
