Responsible for end-to-end development life-cycle from requirements specification, design of multi-tier architectures, implementation and testing of software products. Some high impact projects implemented include:1. Real-time in-vivo dosimetry of external beam radiotherapy treatment 2. Radiotherapy treatment plan quality assurance (VMAT, IMRT, SBRT)3. Clinical data extraction, database design, warehouse implementation, reporting4. Patient and clinical data mining (for assessing treatments quality, department cost, efficiency etc.)5. Clinical image processing applications6. Automated data anonymization along-with extraction, transformation and loading (ETL)7. GP-GPU based performance enhancement 8. Real-time assessment of inspiration level for DIBH treatments by analyzing MV fluoroscopic images acquired during the treatment.9. BI Dashboards and reporting solutions for monitoring and reporting patient's activity schedule and status aiming towards improving safety and efficiency in radiotherapy treatment planning. The above projects were completed using various technologies including medical image processing, machine learning/data mining, database administration, with frameworks like C# (.NET ASP, WPF, Razor, MVC), Matlab, SQL Server 2012-2014, MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Pentaho, Machine learning, R and Matlab. Implemented projects help reduce the tedious manual effort and assist in state-of-the-art cancer treatment research.

Projects completed in this tenure included design and implementation of the following:1. Robotic platform communication framework (designed to keep in focus high speed, low latency and concurrent programming models) 2. Algorithms for mobile robot localization, and navigation (CSpace, Monte-Carlo localisation, RANSAC, A* and other AI algos)3. Implementation of Industry standard robotics communication protocol (JAUS and MIL Standard communication protocols for unmanned systems) 4. Message passing servers, node managers and system communicators (based on industry standard protocols)5. Mission management systems for automating workflow Duties:Bench marking, generation of software specifications, Implementation of prototype software modules, White box, functional testing and management of projects, documenting and archiving technical notes
