Contractor at M&T BANK through ICC.Successfully led a team of six analysts to thoroughly understand and fulfill data needs of several Credit Models and 14M/Q Schedules. The effort involved working closely with modelers to provide hundreds of data points with business rules and transformations, to be fed into the models.Engaged at Enterprise Data Office on BI requirements gathering to build a Loan Foundation Layer for M&T Bank’s Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Lead BA periodically assigned to projects at various ICC clients.NATIONWIDE:Led analyst team on requirements elicitation for automation of paper forms processing at Nationwide Financial. Efforts involved facilitating Rapid Alignment, JAD & Defect resolution sessions with three vendor teams in order to integrate their systems to streamline application review process by in-house Principals.At Nationwide Investments, created epics, user stories and detailed functional screen mockups to build a UI and a staging area for portfolio data to feed Moody’s Risk Frontier application.HONDA:Completed Requirements Analysis and Prototyping of several dashboards for the Auto-part Quality and Purchase department.

I co-founded this Export (trading) shop. Exported an array of Orthopedic Implants and Surgical Instruments to a few clients in Northern Africa and Middle East.Unexpected regulatory changes at the Ministry of Commerce coupled with some personal constraints led to a pre-mature closure of our venture. :(
