An HR professional with over 44 years of experience at major PSUs like Indian Oil, ONGC-MRPL and Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. I have been involved with restructuring HR departments and ushering in policy changes in these PSUs. I have also contributed to Committees formed under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for standardization of HR policies across PSUs. I was also part of the Committee under the National Commission for Women which drafted the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Bill (POSH). I have been a part of over 29 POSH investigations as Presiding Officer/external member and have conducted 500+ POSH workshops across the country. Post-retirement, I have been advising various corporations on HR matters as well as conducting workshops on organizational behaviour (such as diversity & inclusion, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, business etiquettes etc.) and organizational development (such as leadership & team building, conflict resolution etc.).
