The application comprises three report sections, with a specific group and access restrictions to ensure that only Senior Leadership team members can access certain reports. The application allows users to drill into sales and renewal data from the past five years, as well as upcoming sales and renewal opportunities. It also provides information on the contributions of sales reps and brokers, with a ranking system based on their performance.Project#2: Claims ReportingProject Description: Identify, analyze, and extract the claim data table from the Patriot source database. Create a data catalog, load it onto the cloud solution (Snowflake), and configure it to the current legacy data warehouse on SQL Server. Use the workforce benefit claim data warehouse in the legacy system as the source database to design and develop a tool in Power BI Desktop and Power BI service. The tool should remove redundancy, improve accuracy, and increase speed in the evaluation of claims processing.Project#3: Power ProspectingProject Description: Extract Form 5500 and Schedule A data from DOL and miEdge and synchronize the data with the Workforce Benefits Policy data warehouse in the cloud solution (AWS Redshift) and the current legacy data warehouse on SQL Server. Develop a tool in Power BI Desktop that works cohesively with Power BI service to enable sales reps to slice and dice the data for identifying prospect brokers, clients, addresses, and contact details mentioned in Form 5500 and Schedule A.

Project: Staffing Origin Reporting Project Description: Migrate the database from AWS to Azure database and use the Azure database to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to eliminate the hassles for leadership and recruiters. Design and develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports to enable executive employees at Info Origin to analyze and evaluate the work progress of each recruiter and to award the best employee at Info Origin. Develop a dashboard to eliminate the hassle for recruiters to drill down the candidates that meet the requirements and experience of the client's needs and share an embedded link that allows recruiters to filter the results based on desired positions, salaries, work authorization, locations, and track candidate recruitment progress.

Project: Beacon(Data Migration) Project Description: The migration of the HIPAA 834, which refers to the file format of an electronic transaction that communicates healthcare data between two parties, from a legacy system to DB2 required state-of-the-art technology to provide advanced data exploration, shaping, modeling, and the creation of highly interactive reports/visualizations for both internal and external (vendor/partner) business users to make informed decisions about claim processes. The reports were migrated from Tableau, and new claims reports and visualizations related to Medicare and Medicaid, such as Plan65+, Plan70+, Plan75+, Plan80+, ESRD, ALS, Employee of the State of Kansas, and their dependents.
